Teas in hot weather

In the summer heat, tea can not only warm you up, but also cool you down. If you've ever been to an Arab country, you've probably seen people drinking hot beverages in the heat.
Choose light, floral or citrusy green teas like sencha or kabusecha, which are great when steeped cold. White teas and less oxidized oolong teas are also perfect. Genmaicha's roasted rice aroma brings a special freshness to hot days, and they are all wonderful when steeped cold.

Teavolution story

In 2013, a couple of Taiwanese oolongs brought a big smile to our faces, starting us on the journey of tea.
Since then, we have roamed the growing regions, met the producers, and made friendships and had experiences.

For us, good tea is one whose history we know,
who made it, when and where, how it was grown and processed, and we can connect to this tea, the region where it was grown, and the people.
