Oolong tea

Oolong teas lie halfway between green and red (black) teas — partially oxidized, yet possessing a completely unique character. They can be floral, creamy, fruity, or even mineral in nature. Our selection showcases the oolongs of China and Taiwan, moving from lighter to darker styles. Oolong is easy to brew but requires high-quality water to shine. These teas are generally low in caffeine, as they are made from mature leaves.

Crafting oolong tea requires great expertise — it is the most complex tea type in terms of processing.

Teavolution story

In 2013, a couple of Taiwanese oolongs brought a big smile to our faces, starting us on the journey of tea.
Since then, we have roamed the growing regions, met the producers, and made friendships and had experiences.

For us, good tea is one whose history we know,
who made it, when and where, how it was grown and processed, and we can connect to this tea, the region where it was grown, and the people.
