History

The history of Ruby Black tea dates back to the work of the Taiwan Tea Research and Development Station (TRES), which developed this special tea variety in the late 20th century. The unique climate and soil conditions of the Sun Moon Lake area provide the perfect environment for this tea, which quickly became popular both in Taiwan and internationally.
