KINTO UNITEA Cold Brew Carafe 1.1L
The KINTO UNITEA Cold Brew Carafe is an elegant and highly functional glass carafe for preparing cold-steeped teas, iced teas, and refreshing beverages. Its minimalist design doesn't try to be more than it is: a well-thought-out, beautiful, and practical tool that quietly serves daily tea drinking.
Cold brew tea recipe!
Pour water over 8-10 grams of tea leaves, put it in the fridge, and it's ready.
The preferred cold brew ratio can be found on our tea product pages, please check them out.
One of the carafe's greatest advantages is its fine stainless steel filter. Tea leaves can be placed directly into the filter, then gently steeped with cold water to slowly prepare the tea. Cold brewing works particularly well with Japanese green teas, light oolongs, white teas, or fruitier, more aromatic teas: the result is usually a softer, clearer, less bitter drink.
The 1.1-liter capacity is ideal for home use: enough for a whole day, for sharing tea, entertaining guests, or preparing chilled summer drinks. The slender shape fits comfortably in the refrigerator door, so tea or lemonade can always be close at hand.
The lid helps keep ice cubes, lemon slices, or fruit slices inside the carafe, making it useful not only for tea but also for water, homemade iced drinks, fruity cold infusions, juice, or even milk. The carafe also looks beautiful on the table without its lid, making it a natural choice for serving.
The heat-resistant glass body gives the carafe a clean, light appearance while making the drink's color visible – which is a special joy with tea. The removable silicone ring and simple structure make it easy to clean and dishwasher safe. It's a tool that doesn't complicate summer tea drinking but liberates it: tea leaves, water, time – and the tea prepares itself beautifully.

Usage note, which we think is obvious, but just to be sure I'll write it down :-) : For cold brewing, place the tea leaves in the filter, pour cold water over them, then, depending on the tea, place it in the refrigerator for a few hours. The glass body of the carafe can be used in the microwave, but the lid and filter are not microwave safe.
Personal contact
Our teas don't come from wholesale warehouses or unknown sources. We travel to the small producers we source from – whether it's a Japanese family tea garden, a Chinese mountain village or an oolong maker in Taiwan.
Stories
We meet them in person, learn their story, see how they care for their plants, and how they process the fresh leaves.
These experiences are the soul of our teas. This way, not only is the quality guaranteed, but also the fact that behind each cup there is a real person, a real story.
Direct
This direct relationship is valuable to us. Not only because of the excellent tea, but because we believe that trust, respect and personal presence are what make the tea drinking experience truly special.
