Eilong glass pourer – 300 ml
A lightweight and elegant cha hai / fairness pitcher made of tempered borosilicate glass that helps to cool the water and ensure that every cup has the same taste of tea.
Why is it useful?
- Uniform taste: by combining successive infusions, everyone gets tea with the same character.
- Heat treatment: re-cooling water for finer teas (e.g. green, white) for more precise extraction.
- Clean pouring: well-shaped spout for drip-free, controlled pouring.
- Neutral material: glass does not absorb or transfer flavors, it is easy to clean.
Usage tips
- Cooling down: first pour hot water into the pouring spout, then pour it over the tea – you will also “take off” 2–5 °C .
- Fairness pitcher: collect all pours here and portion into cups from here for uniformity.
- Precise work: the fine spout gives even beginners a confident, clean pour.
Material and treatment
- Material: tempered borosilicate glass
- Capacity: 300 ml (fully filled)
- Cleaning: Hand washing with lukewarm water is recommended; use a soft sponge instead of rubbing.
- Warning: do not place on an open flame and avoid sudden thermal shock (e.g. ice water into a hot pot).
Who do we recommend it to?
For all tea drinkers who like clean, reusable cups - especially when using gaiwan/hohin/kyusu . Ideal for group tea drinking and tastings.

Personal contact
Our teas don't come from wholesale warehouses or unknown sources. We travel to the small producers we source from – whether it's a Japanese family tea garden, a Chinese mountain village or an oolong maker in Taiwan.
Stories
We meet them in person, learn their story, see how they care for their plants, and how they process the fresh leaves.
These experiences are the soul of our teas. This way, not only is the quality guaranteed, but also the fact that behind each cup there is a real person, a real story.

Direct
This direct relationship is valuable to us. Not only because of the excellent tea, but because we believe that trust, respect and personal presence are what make the tea drinking experience truly special.
