Eilong glass pourer – 250 ml
Tempered borosilicate glass pitcher ( cha hai / fairness pitcher ) from Eilong , Taiwan. 250 ml capacity (fully filled), for cooling water and collecting successive pours - so that each cup has the same tea character.
Why is it useful?
- Uniform taste: by collecting the toppings together, everyone gets the same quality.
- Heat treatment: for sensitive teas (green, white), re-cooling the water for more precise extraction.
- Clean pouring: designed spout for controlled, drip-free portioning.
- Neutral material: glass does not absorb or transfer flavors; easy to clean.
Usage tips
- Cooling down: first pour hot water into the pouring spout, then pour it over the tea – you will also “take off” 2–5 °C .
- Fairness pitcher: collect all pours here, portion into cups from here for uniformity.
- Precise work: the fine spout gives even beginners a confident, clean pour.

Personal contact
Our teas don't come from wholesale warehouses or unknown sources. We travel to the small producers we source from – whether it's a Japanese family tea garden, a Chinese mountain village or an oolong maker in Taiwan.
Stories
We meet them in person, learn their story, see how they care for their plants, and how they process the fresh leaves.
These experiences are the soul of our teas. This way, not only is the quality guaranteed, but also the fact that behind each cup there is a real person, a real story.

Direct
This direct relationship is valuable to us. Not only because of the excellent tea, but because we believe that trust, respect and personal presence are what make the tea drinking experience truly special.
