Eilong glass pourer – 400 ml

A lightweight and elegant cha hai / fairness pitcher made of tempered borosilicate glass. It helps to cool the water and collect the pours so that each cup has the same tea character. We have been using these pitchers in our tea room since the beginning: they are durable, easy to clean, and very reliable in pouring.

Why is it useful?

  • Even taste – by pouring the tea into the pourer first, everyone gets a drink of the same intensity.
  • Cooling down – pouring hot water over it will "reduce" the temperature by 2–5 °C, ideal for finer green/white teas.
  • Clean pouring – well-shaped spout for controlled, drip-free pouring.
  • Neutral material – glass does not absorb or transfer flavors; easy to clean.

Usage tips

  • Fairness pitcher: collect all pours here, portion into cups from here for uniformity.
  • Cooling down: pour into the pourer and then onto the tea – finer control over the extraction.
  • Practical durability: stays beautiful in the long term even when washed by hand (avoid heat shock).

Specification

  • Capacity: 400 ml (filled to the brim).
  • Material: borosilicate glass.
  • Recommendation: if a smaller size is needed, a 300 ml version is also available.
