Quick use

• Base: 4–5 g tea leaves / 280 ml water.
• Temperature and time (as a starting point): green 75–85 °C (1.5–2.5 minutes); white 85–90 °C (2–4 minutes); oolong/red 90–95 °C (3–5 minutes); herbal 95 °C (5–7 minutes).
• At the end of the steeping, lift out the filter (you can let it rest in the lid) and pour it into the cup/pourer.
