Bai Mu Dan (白牡丹 – White Peony) is one of the most famous Chinese white teas, made by gently drying the buds and freshly opened leaves. This 2022 harvest comes from the Fuding area, where the tea bushes are surrounded by morning mists and mineral-rich soil.

During processing, the fresh shoots are allowed to wither naturally and then dried at low temperatures, preserving the natural shape and color of the leaf. The 2022 vintage is particularly well-perceived with ripe fruity notes and a spring floral scent.
