We manage to obtain many people's favorite green tea , the ' Celhő t' level, from our producer every year, in consistently excellent quality. It is a rich and exciting tea, and can be brewed for a surprisingly long time.

Its taste definitely reminds us of Japanese greens, but it has more character than them. It is a refreshing delicacy with a characteristic chestnut aroma .

Ms. Chen and her family have been involved in tea growing and making for generations.
Most of our white teas, Wuyi oolongs, are hand-crafted by her family. Ms. Chen is from Wuyishan, the home of rock oolongs. Her husband and family are from Phoenix Mountain, where they make majestic dancong oolongs. Her godmother is from Zhenghe - Fujian Province, where she makes white teas and this wonderful green tea.

This variety has typically been used to make white tea. A decade ago - partly in response to our request - they started making green tea, which has been particularly successful this year.

During the summer, white tea can also be a good choice for cooling the body, in addition to green teas.
