Shou Mei 寿眉 2019 disc
White tea picked on April 2019, 5, has a sweeter and more fruity character compared to the 2018 vintage. The weather was kinder during the harvest and development period. Tea made from the fresh leaves of the Da Bai tea plant in the traditionally "white tea" region (Zhenghe) of northern Fujian.
Its smell and aroma, reminiscent of wild flowers and fresh grass, has a refreshing effect on us in the summer. It can even be prepared with cold soaking, a refreshing refreshment.

- 85-90Cowater with a low mineral content
- in a small capacity (150-250 ml) gaiwan or teapot approx. 5-6 gr tea leaves
- approx. Soaking for 1 minute and then longer and longer
White tea is the least processed type of tea, after picking the leaves they are dried in the sun, they are not tumbled during processing.
