Yin Jun Mei - Silver Brow Red Bud Tea 2023
When I first tasted this Yin Jun Mei (Silver Brows) tea, it immediately became my favorite because of its rich, deep character. It offers flavors of malt and cocoa, but then expands with the character of red dates and aged honey that only a top quality bud tea can provide.
We definitely had to add this tea to our team of red teas again.
The tea is produced by Mrs. Chen Honey Jin Jun Mei try her tea, the buds are even smaller, the taste is more refined and sweeter.
For its preparation, use water with a low mineral content, in which the content of all minerals is below 200 mg/l. The water temperature can be around 90 degrees and count 5 grams of tea leaves for 120-150 ml of water if you choose the Chinese kungfu tea preparation method.
