Practical advice:
Do not clean in the dishwasher. Rinse with hot, clean water before use! Do not use any detergent to clean it!
Never leave the tea in the kettle, because it clogs the pores and discolors it prematurely. After drinking tea, also clean it with clean water and let it dry without the lid on it!
If you do this, your teapot will be your faithful tea companion for many years.
