2016 LaoTongZhi “9978” shu puer
A newer recipe was used to manufacture this shu puerh. It is a woody, elegant, delicate tea.
For the preparation of shu puerh use hot water and a clay pot if possible, because it keeps heat for a longer period.
This tea is good for a morning wake-up or for learning, and it helps digestion too after a heavy food.
Prepare it in western style: add 5 gramms of tea leaves to 400 ml water. After a short rinse, soak it for 3 minutes then filter out the leaves.
