Practical advice:
Do not clean in the dishwasher or in any drying machine. Rinse with hot, clean water before use! Do not use any detergent to clean it!
Never leave the tea in the pot, because it clogs the pores of the clay and discolors it prematurely. After drinking tea, also clean it with clean water and let it dry without the lid on it!
If you do this, your teapot will be your faithful tea companion for many years.
