"Old Comrade" 9978 - 2015 shu puer (Lao Tong Zhi)
Light, silky, slightly spicy and soft shu puer. From the year 2015, sufficiently rounded, it is an excellent starter for the day.
Don't forget to try it some time after meals, it supports the digestion process nicely, especially if you have eaten heavier food.
Be sure to use soft water with a low mineral content for its preparation. Preferably spring water, but water filtered with a magnesium filter jug can also be used. Boil the water, then pour the tea after a quick wake-up call. With 10-20 second infusions, it can be drunk for a long time.
