Lao Cong Shui Xian 老枞水仙
On May 2019, 3, the weather was beautiful and sunny. We were at Wuyi Mountain at the time when they were picking the ripe leaves of the Lao Cong Shui Xian tea plant.
The age of the tea bushes is approx. They are located next to a magically beautiful bamboo forest that is around 80 years old.

The garden is surrounded by rocks, which replenish the soil with suitable minerals. Well-drained soil is given and the environment is clean. Tea picked and processed entirely by hand.
It was roasted over charcoal embers 3 times, so it recently arrived in our tea room.
