Karigane Hakaze 2023
A rich and long, umami tea with notes of sweet corn. Karigane tea type contains leaves and leaf stems. Gyokuro stalks were used to make this tea. A tasty tea with a lower caffeine content that can be poured 3-4 times.
In 80 gram packaging, traditional packaging and refrigerated.
For its preparation, use soft water with a low mineral content. Water with extremely low mineral content used for filter coffee may be suitable. The temperature should be between 75-80 degrees. Add 5-6 grams of tea leaves to 150-200 ml of water. First pour 1,5 minutes, pour the second pour immediately, then the next one again for 1 minute.
